- Delays with shipping carrier.
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The shipping carrier will be responsible once they ship the packages.
- For products which are marked delivered by the shipping carrier, you will need to contact the shipping carrier for information regarding your package.
- Addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information!
